It is an interesting article and one you should read if you are thinking about taking a 30 year loan, 15 year loan, or interest only loan. It compares your options and opportunity cost of capital. The StarTribune published the Minnesota Department of Education 2007 results of the Minnesota Comprehensive test for math and reading. See the results for yourself. The first link I've provided is the for the StarTribune-which does a really nice job of collating the data. CLICK HERE

 1031 TAX DEFERRED REAL ESTATE EXCHANGE
